When I played it last time it was 1300 rated, now level 1 is much easier.

And in 19 moves on level 2.

All SF AI levels here from 1-5 are extremely easy to beat because random blunders SF makes several times in the game, thus approx rating indeed doesn't matter at all. Try level 6 instead, it will require quite an effort as it will play quite well and precise, punishing every mistake you made.
