Do tactics on LiChess. Stop playing bullet, blitz and variants. Blitz is fun, but it does not improve your chess. Play only classical and rapid and analyze your losses. Use all time on your clock, don't play too fast. Don't worry about openings, study tactics, strategy and endgames.

Man, I'm sure I forgot something, but oh well...
