If this was the end of a study, I wonder how the study looked like.
Why not just promote to a Queen? Is there any advantage to underpromoting?
A queen is stalemate, a bishop wins because the king has to walk away from the rook and then the bishop can easily capture it.

Amazing how everything worked out. First h4 must be played or else black will play Rf6+. Then also how you have to underpromote else it is stalemate and lastly as you mentioned the bishop is the right color.
