advices for beginner?

hello i m a beginner and i would like to know what i have to do to progress... i feel a little lost in all the studying material there is on internet...
Play openings you like and focus on creating plans in middle game and endgame. Try to see if your opponent's moves mess with that plan and adapt accordingly. Even if the openings you like playing are not "optimal," You'll find that the consistency will allow you to focus more on being resilient in the middle game and endgame.

Improving your chess in your own games makes most sense, which means analysing your own games, with stronger players (By means of chess friends, or a local chess club, or Internet team/group, or chess coach etc.).
And if you like working from a paper book, then "How to reassess your chess" by IM Silman might be interesting to explore.
For chess videos, you could figure out your strong and weak points, and your preferred chess openings, and then choose chess videos to watch, to cut down the amount of choices.
Did you check these ones : lichess.org/video?tags=beginner ?
