Can anyone tell me some unknown/unexpected openings?

The openings need to have sense. I'd like to know "unknown" responses to the french, the scandinavian and the sicilian defense (as white) and to e4 and d4 (as black)

-- SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH--
For white against d4 you could go for the blackdiemer gambit against Sicilian you should go for grand prix which is straight forward against French go for the simple patient and deadly kings Indian attack watch Fischer Games to understand this opening basic moves and finally against e4 spice it up with the goucca piano Evans gambit so this is my secondary repertoire used to suprise PPL OTB
Against the Scandinavian I don't know man when you find the answer please tell me I'm sick of that passive opening
Against the scandinavian, someone told me to play the "Wing gambit" (1. e4 d5 2. exd5 Qxd5 3. Nc3 Qa5 4. b4).

I don't like it tbh, that's not my style, but maybe you'd like to play it.
Against french defence I recommend this:

With correct play of both sides white will probably get only a draw but black has always to find the correct moves till the late middlegame if not even till the endgame in order not to lose!
