where are the rules please.

In this game, accepting a draw at move eight got me zero point. What is the rule please?

Check out the Arena FAQ in the "Other Important Rules" section. Drawing within the first ten moves will earn neither player any points.

Also, the points you win or lose depends on the difference between your points and your opponent's.
If you have similar points, maybe you will not gain near nothing although the draws were after the 10 moves.

Thank you all for telling me about the rule.
I had looked at the FAQ but in the lichess feedback forum and there was nothing on the topic there.
The way to get the answer on my own was :
- Arena tournaments
- FAQ in the arena tournament

Not an obvious path.
