Why this game is draw ,I want justice https://lichess.org/BWc19MNe

The game that link I have pasted is why a draw.this is completely winning for white ,then why this is a draw , I want justice

white ran out of time, and since black doesnt have mating material, its a draw.
Play classical if you don't want to lose on time. In Blitz, time is part of your material.

Threefold repetition is about position, not moves. Even though Black repeated those moves, the position is not the same, therefore no repetition.
this game is a draw because white ran out of time, but black had insufficient material. copied the next line from Wikipedia so not sure about law number; Law 6.9 of the FIDE Laws of Chess states that: "If a player does not complete the prescribed number of moves in the allotted time, the game is lost by the player. However, the game is drawn if the position is such that the opponent cannot checkmate the player's king by any possible series of legal moves, even with the most unskilled counterplay."
Consider yourself lucky. If Black had had a pawn, White would have lost!
Yeah, before you go griping about "justice," consider who had the bare king. ;)
proposal for a new rule:
if one of the players does not complete the prescribed number of moves in the allotted time, the one who does not know the rules and runs to the forums to complain loses the game.
@Ajay2001 the game which you sent is justice. Because in variants, if the opponent doesn't have mating material and he flags you, the opponent wins. At least be happy that you got a draw.
