It is weird! But people with ratings with a question mark behind it is not their real strength.( They do not make it to the leaderboard. Check Titanchess07 puzzle rating and penguinjim1 classical rating. )
He is suspicious. If you notice all 7 rated bullet games he's played, he played vs the same opponent who resigned in early opening or in totally won positions. They probably had a compromise or something
Their names have also the same ending, so maybe the same person.
^^^ This has been worked by the mods and he has since been banned. I didn't want to accuse in the forums before it was confirmed.
