Why you should report cheaters

Had another cheater reported and he was banned soon. I have the impression that there are more cheaters in „classic“, right?
Oh dear, I played the last few day some classical games and I had at least one cheater per day. Believe it or not, I noticed it during the game and all were banned soon after the report.

Nothing to be proud of but it makes one pensive.
My last game vs somebody with more than 1970 pts - he won 4x vs me - then after a good move from me - the watch stops on both sides - although I did my move - game says to me I have to move !!! - I stepped out to go in again - coming in after about 7 sec - I have lost - think not a bug... who can examine this ???
Whatever, if they're cheating or not, I don't bother myself about it. A couple of times I have played people who used computer engines, I just take it as a challenge; no hurt feelings ... if those people need it to feed their ego, ok let them. It only spoils the game to always think when I play someone that probably they are using computer engines. I think it's waste of time to always grouse. It can happen that you meet cheaters, but it doesn't mean that you go down to their neveau; and reporting is doing so.

just I wonder does this website use an anti-cheating program at all?!
this is a good question, how Cheaters are detected. I am sometimes sure if players do not really make one mistake, they have computer support - but how lichess can see it ???
To catch the thief, the constable must always remain one step ahead, in plain view but also in places never seen, (hence the magic.)

1000's of games are played daily with no mistakes, by players from every rating category from C players and above. Short games, favorite openings memorized and an inaccuracy is not to be found. So players need to be better educated about ACPL before making an automatic assumption.
I still don't get it. Can you explain how it's possible that some players don't do even a single blunder in 30sec. and 1 min. games? Well, they sometimes do but this occurs in the end of the game. This is because they learned (from their cheating experience) that moving all the way with engine won't get them far, so they are turning it in the beginning of the game (some do opposite) and when there is only few seconds left, just playing on time. This explains why they don't blunder a single piece almost all game (I think they do this with good players only). So, how such behavior is detected here?! I play on the other chess reputable sites too and know that many strong FM-IM bullet players do blunders sometimes.
If I name those which I suspect I may go wrong, but such people play regularly here. It's even noticeable by their playing style: sometimes (I noticed this when I first played with them compared to their playing afterwards) they play weak strategically and tactically, less skilled and sometimes they hardly do even a single positional mistake. If we are talking about inaccuracy, this may be differ by engine view-point from human view-point.
Another question is how lichess treats cheaters, are they banned permanently?! or even this is impossible?! As I know lichess only bans them for a short period of time which is absolutely unacceptable.
@streetfirer

by your admission, you are unaware of the policies and "don't get it." Therefore I suggest it is best to educate yourself before making the many erroneous assumptions you made in your post. Could of saved yourself a lot of headaches.
Computer assisted players are "shadow-banned." Your statement of "absolutely unacceptable" is based on an assumption, where you got it is anybody's guess. Plenty of info in the FAQ's.
The detection team does a 1st rate job, with data and metrics well outside our scope in making an objective evaluation. Sometimes players get themselves flagged quickly being obvious. Sometimes it may take time as players are not flagged until there remains no doubts.
