I need a someone to teach me

Ive come to the point in which ive been stuck near 1400 for a whole year, and I cant seem to get further, idk where Im stuck exactly, but id appreciate someone to help me out of here.
Do you analyze your play after the games - where did you go wrong, where did you managed time wrong? Do you read any chess books or watch any educational chess videos? The progress is too slow from a certain point by just playing. A good coach is the most effective way to progress - check out lichess coaches lichess.org/coach . But you if you're not willing to pay, you can still definitely get much further than 1400 totally free and by yourself if you work on your play reasonably, and with the help of an engine and an opening base.

Also I can advise to try longer time controls than 10+0 to get deeper into understanding of positions.
Definitely second the coach recommendation, even if for only a few sessions they can pinpoint exactly where your main flaws are and how to work on them.

Also agree with playing slower chess games where you have time to focus on each position and determine the best ideas and plans.

Other than that work on tactics daily, even a few minutes a day will help you, maybe get some chess materials, endgame materials, youtube offers a lot, chessgames.com has master games you can pick games based on the openings you play for example and see how masters play those openings to find good thematic ideas you can use. Chess is not an easy game for most but that's what makes it challenging and therefore fun, if frustrating at times. Keep at it, you will find improvement if you work at it with a positive, constant routine.
@Abramagician Go back to the last puzzle that you failed.
What was the number of that puzzle?
What was your solution?
I went through some of your rapid games. Alot of your games ended with anywhere from 6 to 8 minutes left on your clock. I would say slow down a bit and do a blunder check. You definetely had the time in alot of your games to see and avoid some very simple tactics. I recommend doing more tactics puzzles and playing some longer time controls and trying to use more time to calculate and avoid blunders.
Stay away from blitz, bullet, and variants.
If you play rapid, then use the time, do not turn it into blitz.
If you lose a game, then analyse it, so as to learn from your mistakes i.e. avoid making the same mistake in the future.
Hardly any of your lost games are analysed.
IM ALWAYS HAPPY TO TEACH!! :)

I'm waiting for lichess to give me the "coaching" title. I've been asking for over a year at this point.

Private message me if you want to know more details.
Hello if you like, we can solve chess puzzles by Skype together, watch chess videos and analyse our games for free. From which country are you?

I am from Israel.
I have a way that I could teach you: I have a YouTube channel (not really watched at all by anyone, but it's still fun) and if you send me a few of your games, I would be more than happy to analyze some of them and give you feedback.
