Hi, I had my match with Chess_Attack_Juras scheduled for 1200UTC
I've been waiting for more than 30 minutes and he didn't show up, but he was connected before that time so I'm worried he might have some connection issues or something.
I'll move on with life stuff (lunch and so), but I'll be available later.
So I wrote to my opponent telling him to send me a message whenever he can play today (because I think it's the last available day according to the deadline) and I'll get the notification on my mobile and I'll be ready to play.
I hope that's ok. I didn't see anything in the rules for this scenario, so I'm not really sure what to do.
I told this to both arbiter and director hoping for some guidance.
Just to be clear, @Chess_Attack_Juras I'm available to play today (until midnight UTC) and tomorrow anytime from 1200 to midnight UTC. Although rules say match should be played BEFORE tomorrow. I don't know whether we could do an exception for the deadline if my opponent is having issues.
