@Gamingapocolpse-11 Sure, I just mean that depending on what they sample, that's not too bad. If it were actually out of all 1000 games, then that would be super bad. (like leaving 66 out of your last 100 games is bad, but leaving 66 out of your last 1000 games (with all of them in your last 100) isn't anywhere near as bad)

@onlyplaytired it is like the whole game. Such as if it is aborting a lot or if u left the game and that jazz.

@Gamingapocolpse-11 I know. What I'm saying is that the 'completion rate' doesn't seem to check all of the games that you have ever played. I think it only checks what proportion of recent games you have completed.

I can’t resign although I have tried to activate the resign flag a few times. So my last game I just let the last 30 seconds of time run out because I was beaten so badly there was no point in having my king try to flee further. And then got this message. I can’t seem to find anyone to contact about this. Any ideas?

"I can't resign" sounds like nonsense @Leander90 . You may have to click the Resign Flag twice.
What browser are you using, what did you attempt to do, what happened, etc?

Whatever browser an iPhone has. I’ve clicked on the flag, it changes colors for a second and then it changes back. Maybe I’m just doing it wrong, which is entirely possible as I’m new to the site.
