Antichess Time-outs with opposite-colored bishops

Oh wow, there are many possible stalemate positions. This won't scale well...

For timeouts, "stupid" is not the question.
FIDE rules for standard chess are for the player to win by *any* series of legal moves, which is fulfilled in my example due to stalemate being a win in antichess. If this rule (any series of legal moves) is to be transposed to antichess, then indeed all possible stalemates are to be considered, which is lots of work to implement.
#13 I believe finlip was only joking when he said that, with no intent of arguing that that position should be a draw.
