I have a problem

This is not just today, but this is something that frustrates me. Today I had to reload the page 11 times and while reloading it, I was still playing. And guess what happened. From equal positions where I had a good thought, just because it took time to reload the page I lost the games! Because of disconnection! Like this I have lost almost 100 points of rating!

Something must be done about it! I'm fed up already! I am still a damn student! Whatever internet I'm gonna have, it's not gonna be the best in the world! I have connection problems neither me, nor my cervice provider can solve! And I have to lose rating because I have bad internet?

I want these points back now! NOW! NOW! The least, it's frustrating! This site demands perfect connection! And what should people do in lands where they don't have good internet? And for that only to reload the page or unplug the cable and plug it back in you have to lose? Especially if it's a significant amount of points?

I do not accept this anymore! I protest! I want something to be done! I am not havng fun that the site demands strong internet! I am not accepting it! I will no longer accept losing rating because of bad connection! Do something about the rules how games should end or restore my points! This is discrimination! This is demand! This makes people only frustrated!
How is that not the service providers fault? They are providing the service, and not a very good one at that seemingly. It isn't the sites fault your internet is poor.

And i want to piss on Donald Trumps grave. As the philosopher Mick Jagger said: "You can't always get what you want".

> I do not accept this anymore! I protest!
And if that doesn't help - i'm telling my mom!

It seems that you got exactly what you paid for.

What I wanna say is that losing because of bad internet is frustrating and something must be done about it. Not everyone could have a good connection. So the site shouldn't count "disconnected" when reloading. And shouldn't just drop the game. Especially if there is time left. Also, once I had a game that had 3 hours time control and my opponent made two moves and 7 hours later this site never let me claim victory because of him not being on the board. And I want to reload that takes no longer than 3 minutes and lose because of "disconnection". Is this fair? Tell me what is wrong! Tell me what is fair. I want a site that's liberal for everybody, not demand for having a good connection. If someone is having like 0.5mb per minute, would they be banned from the site because of bad connection?

Yes - get a better connection.

And if there is no better connection available in the country? Thank you all! Is that what you want? Me to be deemed as the biggest screw up and biggest moron in the world? Is there nobody on my side in this site? Why did they accept me then? Why does everybody see a punching bag in me here? I see no respect towards me! There is no way I can get a better connection in the next at lest 10 years. Furtermore, even the best of connection can break down at any time. Nothing is perfect. I want players like me who don't have good connection not to lose because of it. Is there any way? There is not! Thank you mockers! You're a disgrace for the sport! Because of people like you less people play chess! There will be more people with this problem and some will be just as frustrated if there is no solution!
Come on now! Up to now i have taken it lightly but you seem to be bound to get read the riot act on this, so here we go:

Please, spare me the drama! First and foremost "i want" - and i believe that to be the wish of the majority here - not to have to deal with self-pity so big you could bury an aircraft carrier in it. Obviously you haven't asked about our preferences aobut that either.

How you are seen here entirely depends on your behavior and right now you try really hard to seen as exactly the person you claim wanting to avoid. So, stop acting in a mixture of self-aggrandizing and self-pity, quit the narcissist act and start taking losses in the same way adults have dealt with them always.

For starters, you may want to skip opening whining-threads because you lost on time, bad connection or whatever. We all have that sometimes and if you don't want that, don't play in the internet. As you say yourself, nothing is perfect and the best way to eliminate the risk of having a bad connection is to eliminate the connection in first place and to play over the board. It is that simple.

> Is there any way?
Now that is probably the only, in a half-assed way sensible, question, even though you set that off by the continuation. And by the way:

> Thank you mockers!

is lacking proper interpunction. You might think using commas is just happenstance but the difference between "let's eat, grandma" and "let's eat grandma" should amply prove otherwise.

Back to your problem: up to now we do not know if it is your connection or something else with your setup. Among the things you could try is to use another browser, investigate if browser-addons might be the culprit, try to tune the operating system, update it, investigate how taxed your computer is while you run the application, and and and. You could also have asked for help and probably a lot of people here would have provided technical insight to help you.

Instead of all that you want a rule change so that you don't have to do any work. The first thing you said was not "how could i alleviate or solve the problem" but in fact "i want to protest". You are not to be pitied you are just lazy and clueless and this is a combination i detest. Get your act together - or get lost, it will be better for the site.

> You're a disgrace for the sport! Because of people like you less people play chess!

Yes, come to think about it i totally see how more egotistic, lazy, whiny boys like you will make chess much more popular.

You don't have to answer me but you should think about that and then answer *yourself* which way it should be...
