I am losing badly, stressed up! Why do I still lose when I am focusing? How do I start an attack?😭

Keep your cool and avoid tilt. I have seen what anger and frustration can do and its destructive powers quite often.

If you cant control your anger, take a break and come back. Limit your losses in a row without a break.
@BossOfBosses sometimes if i flop flop floppp at chess i either get offline for a while or i do some other varient. You should something different than standard chess.
Choose to play unrated games, focus on practice side, sometime u just can play whether attack, defend, technical, tactic, middle or endgame, then learn something from it, after that combine everything into your standard play. Some gm say play your opening, middle and endgame like a robot but robot do have some "part" we must develop first. Ah I'm just talking too much
Because you play too fast
Example:
You end this 5+8 time control game with more time than you started with
You could have won much earlier. After you blunder both rooks, you are lost, but your opponent offers you an opportunity to draw, which you do not take.
Recommendation: activate move confirmation in your profile. Think about your move, play it, check it is no blunder, confirm.
@BossOfBosses I’m like u. People can look at my losses and say I’m not that good. But it just takes practice. I agree with camping _the_camper. Analyze your games. One day you will be better. Slow down. If u lose like 5 times in a row take a break. And remember sometimes losses are better then the wins cause u can learn from them. My recommendation is to play some simuls against stronger players. If u win that’s great and u know u have improved. If u lose that’s fine to. They might show u new strategies you never knew. And one more thing. Not everyone is gonna be like magnus or annad or Kasparov. Just become decent at chess and enjoy life.

Hope it helped
