Are there any way to search for games in the Masters database? (i.e.: Carlsen-Anand or Kasparov games)?
The masters database is less of a database, and more of an opening explorer. It's not designed to look by person, rating, date or anything like that - only by opening moves and chess positions.
To do what you're wanting to do, I would go to chessgames.com and look through their actual database. You can easily import the games you find there to lichess under Tools->Import Game (or from the chessgames link itself if you are importing into a study). I guess you could also recreate the game by playing through the moves on an analysis board on lichess until it becomes one of the top rated games :P

chess-db.com/public/index.jsp and http://www.chessgames.com/ are also amazing resources. I don't think there is any database that is updated as fast as chess-db.
