Time manipulation?

Hello, had a strange blitz game where player with 0 seconds left the game, than comes back and i lose on time. Funny thing is i lose after i made my move and it was his time to move, you can actually see in the analysis that he thinks for like 15 sec and than i lose on time.
Never happened before. Game was casual so i don't care about resultat, it was just strange.
I had a similar game today in my favour where the clocks paused. I refreshed the page and the player ended up losing on time. A bit like when the site does an update, but it wasn't an update. He sent me a message accusing me of cheating, (like I am some Anonymous pro hacker haha).

Due to Lichess forums crazy policy I can not name the player.

But if a Lichess mod can refund his -21 points I will be happy for him to have them back.
Very annoying those connection problems this last period. I haven't read something about it by a Lichess administrator but see a lot of complaints. So please react.
Something similar happened to me. I had 15 seconds after my move and he something like 12. His time runs out but the message that he lost on time does not come up. Then after a few seconds he has suddenly made a move and has lots of time left on the clock. Shortly afterwards I lose on time, and to add insult to injury, I get a warning against letting time run out instead of resigning.
And lost again because of lagging servers at Lichess. I'm gonna play no live games anymore till this issue is fixed. Chess.com is terrible but this is so frustrating that I'm almost doubting to go back again.
I really really hope this is isn't going to become a theme in Lichess. The #1 reason why most of us play (and pay) for this site vs chess.com is how smooth the game flows. Feels like something has changed with the servers.
Why on earth would anyone want this to become a theme? What's the point of a chess site if lag is gonna ruin everything. You guys need to take a chill pill. We are experiencing issues that are outside our direct control.
