Tournament quotations tab

Hi all

When playing in a tournament - I have an idea for a different tab option which may be of interest:

"Quotes"

So you click on "Quotes" instead of standings (in terms of player listing) or tournament chat, and it shows
:

1) A summary of your current tournament standing first (you are nth out of xxx)
2) Chess quotations

Example:

"
You are currently 10th out of 550

Passed pawns are worth a rook when together on the 6th - Anon

Chess is like life - Fischer

....
"

I think from a streamer perspective I could also discuss these quotations as well - adding a bit of interest for streaming - maybe more educational. Also may be interesting for players in general to have interesting quotes to think about.

Any interest in this tab concept?
There is already a display of your current tournament standing.
I think that the chat and quotes are distracting. I think that the current games are more interesting than what some pathetic human once said (copied).
^^you sound like a really fun guy to be around.

I think the quotes are a great idea!
Just wondering what place is KC_likes_applejuice,you recently reported?
Good idea... will really bolster streaming incentives.
Addendum: Also maybe sometimes there could be "streamers please discuss..." voted up content to be put in the quotations tab (maybe a different name for it might be better like "Chess"). So different streamers could discuss for example a great move or game.

Interesting chess quotations may be one of several types of content which might be interesting to get different streamer perspectives on. But there might also be a fantastic move by Carlsen etc - maybe a little chess position could be shown with the move etc.

So basically from this perspective a nickname list may be less interesting if the fundamental point is to just know one's position in the standings - but interesting stimulating content along with one's current tournament position may be of interest to both streamers and players generally to check out during a tournament.

Chess quotations though are readily available I believe already and could be shuffled around every hour etc.
