An Idea to Make In-Game Chat More Useful

Would it be possible to add an option to let a player see what number move was on the board when a comment is made? This is pretty low on the totem pole in terms of important changes, but there are times when you're not paying attention to the chat and a comment is made (e.g. "you should have moved Bishop to G2") that in the moment make sense but later on are very hard to understand what the comment was about.
Also a feature to see on which move was a draw or takeback offered and by which side.
If not move numbers, then time stamps? Surely, inserting the current time is little more complicated than inserting the username. No reference need be made to the state of the board, as such; though this could be inferred after the fact, since mousclicks are recorded in the (annotated) PGN.
Timestamps would be useful in team chat boxes as well.

Oftentimes people announce an event or such in the chat and you have no idea later if it was all over days ago or is coming up soon.
