It's Dutch not German

Alekhin is speaking in French there and my French is just a petite peu so you better ask someone else for that part.
Euwe says something like :
"Just like last time we chess players are excited to see some high ranked ("official") visitors (maybe royal family members?) in the audience. Seeing the minister here, we can conclude that the previous engagement was not disappointing for them"

@Aqua_sama, I don't know German, but I can translate Botvinnik: from 1:00: "When tournament have ended I was lucky to win first place. Of course, I am very pleased with the result, though the second half of the tournament I have played badly".
Also I don't see Alekhine's speech but Euwe. Did you mean Euwe?
