Ratings going down?

In the last 3 or so months my rating went down like 250 points altough im certian that i did improove at chess. Are the ratings generally dropping and if whats the reason for that. Anyone else having this experience?

I feel like my slow chess improved a bit as well, but my blitz rating went down as well.puzzling...
