[feature request] Custom time control presets

I often want to play against opponents with strenghts from a specific interval, sometimes also with a custom time control. I wonder whether it would be possible to add some custom presets to the Quick Pairing selection such that one would not always need to adjust the custom quick pairing which ofc works but is rather tedious if one wants to adjust more than one parameter.

Quick pairing is basically a Pool, as such, modifying would defeat its purpose. For now lichess remembers your last setting for a new game.

@DoTheMath where would you see the loss of any functionality? I am merely suggesting to add a second custom button which keeps the preset...
