Puzzle V2 feedback: bypassing difficult puzzles

If you get stuck on a puzzle it is possible to bypass it without making an attempt simply by switching to a different difficulty setting than going back to the setting you were on, it will be a different puzzle. I think this is a flaw in the new system. Also on a side note, I don't think we should be able to be getting points for any of the themed puzzles.

I asked about something similar to this where you could skip a puzzle and it was explained why it was a bad idea and defeats the purpose of the puzzles..
