I am timed out and I lose the game every time my phone has an incoming call and I answer it. Why should it be so? I am returning to the game within the game's time limit. Please fix this bug !
You have not been timed out, your phone call is registering to lichess that you are offline. If you are offline for (i think its 30) seconds, it's an automatic win for your opponent.
A simple solution: Play on your computer!
I also find it quite rude to play via mobile phone and to accept a call and interrupt the game. So it's only fair that your opponent wins the game because you have left the game!

Now that would be terrible! I remember couple of times I got message box that says "Your opponent appears to be offline" with the ability to claim a win. But I think even that took more than 30 seconds offline time.

So if your phone call was over 30 seconds and you did not return to lichess, you have left the game and opponent claimed victory.
