Always think before you move - don't berserk if you are trying to get better. As you're over 1700 I suggest play in the Hourly Rapid or u2000 rapid. Also you need to play in a hoodie, and no music - it'll distract you.

@Mister-Toxic I do not play tournaments nor do I listen to music while playin chess ( i scout the lichess forum instead of that)

Why don’t you play more games as black? 82.75862069% of your rapid games are with white pieces.

I do not play any black chess since I become too utterly confused
I have seen lots of openings of black but I can't decide which to play.
My mind becomes confused and that confusion clouds my mind.

Just play Boncloud on Mondays, Karo-cann on Tuesdays, Scicilian(im bad at spelling sorry) on wednesday etc.

I like the Caro-Kann against 1.e4 and the Slav Defense against 1.d4. Against everything else I usually try to attack the center. Or you can just follow @Mister-Toxic's advice.
