I have a project for school requiring 100 people for my survey! It is about chess time management. My idea is to integrate a clock and board into one, so that you can start your opponents time simply by placing a piece down. I took your survey. One minor point "What percent of the time are your blitz/bullet games decided by time? (1 is 10% and so on)" Only allows 10% through 100%. Fewer than 10% is appropriate for me but I have no such option.
Also, a couple of your questions should have not applicable. I don't play bullet chess so cannot comment but don't have the option.
