You simply just joined the game 2 min 30 sec late.

the fact that you were down so much time and only down one pawn (technically two pawns) against a player rated 500 points more than you is quite impressive
The move times show you didn’t start at EXACTLY 30 s, so you just joined the game late
@Sriharsh_nair you were playing a swiss tournament so the games start at a specific time in each round. As many already suggested in the thread, you joined the game late.
Note that this is different (maybe here is where your confusion comes from?) from any other games and arenas on lichess where your clock only starts when you play your first move.
