Niemann Has Shown Magnus and the World He's Legitimate OTB

Niemann cheated when he was a kid. Propensity for high risk is typical of teenagers, and not indicative how people act as an adult. He seems to have not cheated for more than 2 years, online or over the board.

Are you an adult?

Are you an adult? The cheating speaks for itself.

I am asking so that I can offer help aimed at the right level.

Or does cheating slur for itself? Have you watched the video of Magnus cheating?
Niemann cheated as a kid - "lol nevermind that"

Niemann cheated in over 100 online games even when he wasn't much of a kid anymore - "we're not even talking about that, chesscom is scum anyway"

Magnus supposedly "cheated" in his streams - "how terrible, we must tell everyone a hundred times"

back to OTB: what does Niemann prove about past games when he plays well now? As of today there's no proof in either direction.
On the strength of reading this (further) thread on Senors Nieman and Carlsen and it’s inherent entertainment value, I have binned off my Netflix (double crap because of Ginger Harry and Meghan Archie BS), Spotify (full of crappy adverts) and a couple of other useless subscription based models.

This is far more fun and im a few quid a month better off. Keep it up guys and gals.
If you cannot win over-the-board, turning chess into a "mud-slinging-contest" away from the board, abuse of character, attempt at blacklisting of a professional chess player, it's pure anethema and anemia to all good sense, peace and peaceability.

Cedur you constantly upvote those who are __Literally in the midst of attacking with ad hominem__ and those who consistently cuss out someone.
You page after page defend cheating and abusive behaivor.
"Because he is drunk"
"Because I like him"

Etc are not acceptable excuses for cheating in ANY manner or fashion and they are in NO way shape or form good conduct or good faith discussion.
Excusing abusive behavior on the part of a third party, "It doesn't matter because we like him" is just quite literally insane.

It is just weird to spend 100% of your time encouraging ad hominem, rage, attacks, and so on and so forth.
This entire debacle has been 100% wrong, 100% insane, and 100% detrimental and destructive to chess, peacefulness, community.
.
Do you think only a handful of players can beat Magnus with a 98% accuracy in a bullet game?
Logic and sense are literally impossible for the mob to acquire.
Nothing new there.

If there is no proof in either direction as to otb cheating by Niemann, then the burden of sustaining Carlsen's allegation of cheating fails because Carlsen's has not met his burden of proof as accuser. The evidentiary presumption of Niemann's innocence as to otb cheating stands. Will FIDE sanction Carlsen for making a false cheating accusation as they have with others making unproven cheating allegations?
Heaven we can hope so.

Chess.con, "Danny" Rensch and a few others to boot to be sure. You ever notice how Sam Sevian threatened GM Hans Niemann with violence ("Do you want to take it outside?") After grabbing his king in game, breaking it, and then putting it on a different square.

Oh well, all part of the game. Or not.
Jesus Christ,

I think some people need to understand that "Mud-slinging" is not reason enough to blacklist someone.
