Improved version of horde

At chess.com some very creative member, named StefaniaStella came up with an astounding improvement upon the hord game. Since I can't insert a chess position here, I'll just give the fen and the link to the page with the position.
I think this could also be a good one for lichess.

You mentioned astounding improvement, but have not explained why do you think that this change improves anything.
