too much chess?

is too much chess bad for you? i dropped from 1705 to 1473 in three days, and i played around 30 games today.
If this is bad, please let me know a good schedule of games/good amount of games in a day

Thanks!
Too much of anything is bad. Study and computer time should be limited to 20 minutes.
I play OTB blitz for 3 hours a day during the winter against the same person. This is about 30 games, but it hasn't our playing strength.
I would argue that it isn't neccesarily bad, there are some bad days in chess where your rating goes down, the more experience you get and the better your comprehension of the game is, the more stable your rating will get, finally you'll start to go up little by little.

I would also say that it is important for you to get a sense of what are your biggest sticking points on your games and work on them, sometimes we need help with that because we're kinda blind to our own mistakes, just like a person who is learning a language and can't notice her bad pronunciation.

See ya around.
If you need help, you can send a message.
I have lost many points because I ussualy play when I was tiring.
Now when I am tire play casual games or dont play chess.
PD: You shouldn t care for you points if you want improve man.
