I really need to be better at antichess and I'm struggling. any tips?

@Jack15 Its' really simple.........just start playing bad chess normally and you will naturally become good at Antichess....(just joking)

Real tips,
Learn some tricks in the opening, to lose material quickly.
Learn antichess endgames( really important) from the wonderful studies here on Lichess
Always observe carefully when you have more than 1 capture to make, check which capture(s) will make you lose peices quickly .

You have to constantly practice and you will gradually become better ....😊😊

Looks like I'm by far the best antichess player in this forum, so you should listen to my advice.

An essential antichess skill is the ability to envision a long series of piece captures. You are good enough at standard chess that this won't be a problem for you. Also, you don't always want to get rid of pieces; sometimes you want to keep them until later.

I'd say just practice. You'll learn what works and what doesn't work over the course of thousands of games.

Thanks yabbadabba. Everyone else has been fooling around and I really wish I would. People just focus on the word "really". I was just saying that I really would like to be better and become an ACM as my best is 1801.
