How can we change the start time for a weekly swiss? in US, daylight saving time was switched to standard time by falling back one hour. Our school team cannot play in their after school chess club tournament. Saint Johns Chess Club/Team. All players paired with black forfeited on time in round 4. Can we reset the tournament?

The request was for a specific weekly Swiss, which (from the sound of it) is specifically for American students. Resetting the Swiss in this case would not impact non-Americans in the slightest, if this is the case.
In the Swiss settings, you can change to manually schedule rounds. Maybe that's the way to go here. Pretty unfortunate that the daylight saving messed up a round for you.
