I lost to a cheater in a tournament and I should be getting a refund of 19 points, but I haven't gotten it yet. Do I have to wait for the tournament to end to get my rating points back?

@eclipsR if you hadn't played more games after your loss (and it had been less than 3 days IIRC between the game & the moment the guy is banned) you would have gotten a full refund, but you played games after your loss so you get a partial refund or no refund at all...
