Rating points not counted and clocks fault

Today i played a few games where in one the opponents clock went to 0 in a totally winning position for me with 5minutes ahead on time only for me to loose the game?. Apparently it said my clock ran out first???
Next game my rating points gained in the game before was not added so i ended up winning but no points.
Anyone any idea why that happens?
Thnx
This is a recurring issue although none of the developers have figured out how to reproduce it.
I know how to reproduce a rated antichess game where rating points don't count. When I once challenged Hauptschulebot for a game of antichess which wasn't rated. In that game when I opened the window, correspondence was on, so first select correspondence. Then change variant to antichess and then from correspondence to realtime. Then select rated. It will still be possible to choose the colour you want to play but the game will probably not affect ratings.
@canneman1 This is not a perfect solution but until Lichess people are able to solve the problem, you can at least avoid losing on time by refreshing the screen anytime your opponent is taking longer to move than you would expect. If this bug has occurred, then when you refresh it will be corrected and it will be your turn. You will still have lost some time though. I typically start refreshing after like 30 seconds.

There is no risk to refreshing, that I know of.
