How Can Someone become a Lichess Moderator?

I think there is a text in Lichess "about" and there is everything you need. lichess.org/about there is lichess about link.

@Talentedplays I heard that we can't become a moderator - the moderator has to come to you.
I don't think that there is a way to become one - because that would already show some kind of wrong attention - someone who want to help, just helps all the time. If Lichess thinks this guy/girl has a great attitude they ask. But if you want to become one - it feels already a tiny bit of want to get power, being more important and so on.... Hope you understand what I mean
