These days I faced a lot of opponents playing d4 and I lost a good amount of games because of that. So Guys please help.

#1: You Could Play: The Dutch - Queens Indian - Nimzo-Indian (If White Allows It) - Benoni - Or Bogo-Indian (And Probably Others Which I Forgot/Don't Know About).

#4: The Slav Is A D5-Based Opening, Which Is One Of The Things The OP Doesn't Want.
@YuhasKH you can also use colle system (for black & white both) or you can use Caro-Kann defence... Colle system is pretty aggressive opening whereas Caro-Kann defence is defensive.
or try the king's indian attack or french defence or your knight if you are white you should try knight c-5 but make sure you have a risk there on c5 because if there is risk then play pawn to c5 where the knight supports the pawn it becomes a support
if there on a-5 then make sure that you have your knight covered and make sure to make the one your opponent think that
the pawn has no support and when he captures then capture the your opponent 's rock
please try this move it is one of my best moves which i call a support chain
Budapest Gambit and Nimzo- or Queens-Indian are good openings for your level as they are pretty uncommon at that level
