I find it very very interesting, i could play with a device on an hammok or wherever, whenever, i dream it!
This would be quite cool. You could also for instance just do some exercise during a game. Only downside is the voice recognition system would have to be extremely precise. Mistaking a 'bee' for a 'dee', even once, would be horribly annoying.
Also a great way to practice blindfold just like in "real life".
As long as stockfish isn't talking back, that'd be a bit too much like playing HAL-9000
