Horde , Draw rule

Why is it a draw if white cant move anymore ? In my last horde game i got almost all pawns but with only 3-4 pawns remaining, which couldnt move, it was a draw. Shouldnt it be as Antichess where you loose if you cant move as white ?
Why it's a draw in Horde and not in Antichess all depends on how you define the objective of the game. In Antichess, the objective is to not have any moves left. Thus "stalemate = win" makes sense. In Horde, black's objective is "capture all white pawns". Thus "stalemate = draw" makes sense because it does not achieve black's objective (and not white's either).

The rules and objectives were defined at some point. Even though you could argue that it makes equal sense to make black's objective in Horde to "immobilize white" (implying stalemate = win and 'capture everything' = win), there's not really a _need_ to change it, especially seeing how established the Horde rules are by now.
I think it should be automatic draw when there is a game of King vs Queen even theoretically king could still win. I hate losing on time because I cant move my queen fast enough
