Stockfish Level 1 is difficult to beat in ultrabullet because its default move time is 50 milliseconds. It is also smart enough to spot most mate in one threats. Thus, the only reasonable way to beat stockfish level 1 in ultrabullet is by creating a multi-move mate threat with an unusual first move that the engine does not see. However, doing this in practice is extremely difficult. I will try some attempts in 8 hours.
