'Moderation' Button in study chat

What does it do? Nothing happens if i click it.

@proud_to_be_real when you click it, you will have the option to time out a user for 10 minutes.

Sometimes nothing happens when you press it, so you just refresh the page and it will work.

Thanks @Francesco_Super the only one i timed out was myself, that was why nothing happened :-)
