How do I improve?

Please take a look at my games and tell me where do i go from here and how do I improve.
I have been going back at my losses and trying to analyse, not helping me much as I don't find myself in the same situation as any of my other losses, also many of my losses are due to silly mistake( which I'm currently trying not to repeat) and the opponent not accepting the takeback as soon as i make a move by mistake. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks :)
Your first step should be disabling takebacks, or at least stop offering them. You won't remember your mistakes if your opponents forgive them.
mistakes are cause by oversights, which happens due to the lack of pattern recognition or tactical awareness. Basically, do the tactics. It really helps, gradually!
You play too fast. Look at this game:

At one point you were at +11.2.. up more than a queen. This a crushing advantage. A few moves later you're at -13. You resigned the game with 13 minutes on the clock (plus you had a 15 second increment), and the moves that lost you the game were each played in under 20 seconds. Take your time to actually work out what the best move is and what your opponent's threats are. On move 13, say, why capture with your knight instead of your queen? This is a bit harder to see, but on move 16, your opponent's rook is trapped. Push h3 instead of a3 and your opponent loses a rook. This move is still not bad on 18... better than the move that ended up with you losing your queen anyway. The whole benefit to playing classical is that you can take your time to make good moves and avoid bad blunders. If you're going to be taking only a few seconds per move, just play blitz.

Also, instead of using takebacks, just turn on move confirmation for your classical games. That will give you a last chance to see what your move looks like and whether it's a really obvious blunder, and to avoid things like mouseslips. Your opponent is not obliged to do takebacks and you should not rely on them.
@LaserGuy You're absolutely right I could've taken the bishop with the queen ( also, bishop to d6 would've also worked trapping the queen) I really didn't see these and I'm going to play slower, Im sure this'll help me a lot.
Thanks! :)
