Why am I not getting any rating points for winning ranked games?

I just logged on Lichess an hour ago to practice and when I won a game, my rating did not change. Can anybody tell me why this is?

The answer starts with chea.... and ends with ...ter

That makes no sense. I do not cheat

If thats the apparent case, how long does this last?
