Can I Play a Pre-Moveless Game?

I lost this ugly game today:

The last handful of moves I premoved well in advance,
yet was debited things like: .33, .24, etc., because (I presume)
both my opponent and I had signifcant lags in connection, and
what I saw vs. what was happening was fiction. Yesterday I
premoved with 3 seconds left and lost on time with that single move.
So my question is (with this lagginess), can I option to not
play a game where premoves are made by either side, since I sometimes cannot premove with zero time? So far, my solution has been to block opponents after experiencing this.
Good luck trying to find opponents who would willingly give up their ability to pre-move.

Try playing with an increment, ex. 3+2. Or if you like it a little faster, 2+1.

Also, read lichess.org/lag

"Lichess compensates network lag, up to one second per move. After your move, your average network lag is added to your clock. As a result, having a higher network lag than your opponent is not a handicap!"

So if you're still losing around .3 seconds every premove, this must mean your average lag is about 1.3 seconds.
OK, good suggestion.
I seem to be having a different experience against similarly large lags.
i would like to ban premoves completely

too many times i didnt realise they had moved and my clock ran down

if you allow premoves then flash the board red before making their move to get our attention and turn it off before making the actual move
if u dunt want to premove you can play some other site like thsi cup of coffe shsjat...
@oldegeezer

There already are various signs that the other side has moved.

A red flash won't fix anything if you are browsing porn in another tab.

Perhaps good for you to hear : I never use premove with this account, and I have takebacks disabled, since I find both articifical for chess.
In otb chess both options don't exist in competitive chess with a chess clock. And I find it a good training for myself to not rely on premove. A good exercise for time management for otb chess.
Now I am either "Too weak, too fast", or "Too weak, too slow".
And not "Too weak, too preoccupied with premoving" :)
Since there‘s so much chess-(non)-related crap implemented one could offer such a premove-free variation. In fact it would be closer to otb chess:

The UI accepts any input only then when the opponent‘s move has been made e.g. is visible. People who don’t like simply keep away and play „normal“.
@ProfDrHack

i was watching the board

his move happened simultaneously with me

i find it hard to notice that light green square
and also to realise that it was his move not mine that caused it

there must be at least a one second delay before a premove is allowed to happen so we have a chance to see the move
