Pls tell me how to put the logo properly instead of putting it like a link.

There is no other way to put a logo or an image in your biography. It works the same way.
You have to upload your logo (image) at imgur, copy the graphical link and paste it in your biography.

Goto YouTube and write in the searchbar: "[Tutorial] How to insert a picture in your Lichess Profile." There you have a good tutorial.
