I find e4 openings, Queen's gambit, very dull. I have tried King's Indian Attack, English opening but starting to loose a lot of games. I enjoy playing sicilian a lot since opponents respond differently and there's thrill. But with white I cant find a single opening that has both thrill and strength..It's either too weak/risky or too dull. So what according to you is the closest sicilian equivalent for white that is both strong and dynamic? OR should i continue with KIA and improve on it more?
You could try King's Gambit against e5, Advance variation against CaroKann, Austrian Attack against Pirc and Modern, 4 Pawn Attack against Alekhine. For French I can't help you.
Play a3 after e5 c4 sicilian tempo up even better than sicilian
Try Nimzo-Larsen Attack: Classical Variation. This is setup with 1. Kf3 and then fianchete the black-squared bishop as always. White develops very naturally and position is dynamic, because at some point you will bust open the position with c4. This is how I play it. Notice that in this case you will play mostly on the queenside of the board.

I mean fianchettoed Bishops are the basis of dynamic play. So actually English, Reti are the equivalents, c4 is even the similar approach.
I am not sure you have understand the Sicilan concept: minority attack, cxd4 guarantees the better structure, pawn up in the center.

Maybe try the Catalan and (or) the Vienna...
No offense meant, but the Queen's Gambit doesn't have to be a dull and boring opening. If you don't like it that's perfectly fine of course. We all have our preferences.
But please take a look at this QGA game Ponomariov - Sokolov and tell me if you find it dull:
(Annotation is done mostly in German and with help of ancient Fritz6 because I originally did it as a part of a presentation at my local chess club.)
Just saying that a lot of the supposedly boring openings actually have great potential for exciting play.

most QGD lines can be spiced up by casting queenside lichess.org/CLXFp253#87 look at how my favourite player obliterates iron Tigran
i have played 4 games against the sicilian defense using the smith morra and won 3 . kings gambit is good not many players know how to counter it so give it a try . also english opening 1c4 is also solid.
