lichess.com is already registered, for protection purpose (against namesquatting?). so they probably already own the domain. you dont need to be a company to have .com.
Unfortunately no, we do not own the lichess.com domain.
Then it'd be nice to have it redirect back to lichess.org, kinda like Wikipedia. Even better: merch site.
