Blocking in forums?

I can still see posts in the forums by trolls that I've blocked. Why does lichess allow this?

Blocking only works for chat / PMs. While I would also wish to just not have to see the same stupid posts from the same stupid people that is sort of the Idea behind forums. Besides it could be horribly confusing, if you would try and read a topic with half of the conversation missing because of somebody you blocked.

@box_boxed is a troll himself. He always goes on Lichess forums saying die bots.

That's the way it goes usually. The post are visible offline as well. It solely prevents PM and stuff.

it's not like their in the quick pairing section or in tournaments
