How to analyze my game

How do I analyze this game and what can I learn from this game. I have been on a slump recently and I want to play at a level I know I can
This is a blitz game. It is not worthwhile to analyse a game for longer than the duratuon of the game itself.
I want to get better at playing blitz chess because that's all I play. I usually get good positions and blunder them away.
If you want to get better at blitz, then get better at slow chess and then try to get at the same level at faster pace.
I agree with what tpr said - focus on slow chess.

Regardless of time control, here is my personal method for game analysis:

1. Identify critical points in the game (moments where captures, checks, or threats were possible)

2. Identify the opening classification (so you can go back later and look up that opening to see what you did wrong).

3. Begin analysis at the beginning of the game.

4. Pay special attention to factors of positional evaluation and tactical possibilities that might have been overlooked.

5. Spend more time on the critical points identified in step 1 (trying out different moves and variations besides the one you actually played to see what happens).

6. Try to determine what the most important aspect of each position is.

7. Explore the opening variations according to that particular game's opening.

8. Study the plans and ideas in those opening variations, adding to my repertoire database those lines that are interesting to me, that I feel make sense and are comfortable for me to play.

9. Record any thoughts about the game regarding how I felt, etc.

10. Write down ALL thoughts about the game in the notation/commentary.

11. Input and save all variations, no matter what.

Do all of the above on my own WITHOUT an engine, and then use the engine to do the following:

1. Correct or confirm my analysis of critical points in the game.

2. Suggest opening lines that might be stronger or of more interest, etc.

Hope this helps.

If you want to analyse games, you should analyse the ones you lose to identify the types of mistake you make, particularly if you're not sure after the game what exactly went wrong.

If you blunder a piece in blitz or have a losing position, you should just keep calm and keep playing fast.

I also find playing a bullet game as warm up before a blitz game gets my brain activated, and I feel I have a lot more time in the blitz game.
You missed 18. ...Nxc3.
Practise tactics more so that the Bishop fork from c3 becomes obvious.
If you lose winning games, then you have to make your king secure even if it cost you some material, and don’t take risks.
