How to not Get Angry after Losses

if you're getting too much angry after playing the game and it is uncontrollable, then stop playing for a few days ( just kidding)

Actually, just practice some self control and remember that most people are not playing chess as a job, they are just playing it for fun. On May 2nd, I played a total of nine games, but I lost all of them. However, the worst I did was just get kind of frustrated at myself and move on.
I tell chat that I literally don't care, check if my opponent uploaded the game to their Youtube channel, and issue a copyright strike.

More seriously, I always keep in mind that my main goal is to improve at chess long-term and that that improvement is not something that will be decided by any one game, rather, to get great at chess you need to play many many games so that you get better at not losing. And if I suddenly go on a losing streak and lose a lot of rating points, I might take a small break as maybe I'm not making the best moves because I'm tired or something similar (always viewing my peak rating as a high score that I'm trying to beat).
But you should learn to cope with or atleast control the emotions to some extent that applies to me aswell.

For example, once I completely blundered two games in completely winning positions in Rapid and then went and punched a wall really hard, my hand was hurting for a couple of hours.

Another incident that happened : I made absolutely silly mistakes in an important game, I hit the table so hard and screamed so loudly that my family thought that I had gone mad.

There were other occassions of table hitting, yelling and throwing stuff but not any extreme ones.
Laugh it off but learn from it
That's what I do

Why angry?
~ It means that you cannot handle the case of losing in chess.
But there's nothing superior, so you cannot win all games.
Just calm down and relax and analyse your game and then play another game.
