Hello folks,
I'm looking for some advice on a good book about chess psychology or sports psychology in general. What I have in mind is something that inspires/teaches you how to be mentally strong at the board (OTB ofc), e.g. not tilting after a bad early round or mindset when facing much stronger/weaker opposition etc. I've checked some chess books outstanding on that topic but they mostly deal with different things that are not of my interest, such as time pressure/what move is good in certain scenario/...
Regards :)
